Estimates
Estimates provided by phone, text, photo, or in person are good-faith approximations based on the information available. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. No work starts without your approval.
Scheduling
We work to fit your timeline when scheduling allows. If weather, material delays, or prior jobs shift a start date, we will communicate promptly and reschedule with you.
Scope of Work
Polymathic LLC provides remodeling, drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, landscaping, junk removal, cleanouts, pressure washing, selective demolition, and minor exterior repairs. We do not perform licensed electrical or plumbing work, foundation or concrete construction, major structural demolition, or hazardous material remediation.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Deposits may be required for material-heavy projects. Balances are due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
